Ms Prathibha Sridhar LL.M.

She has 7 years of experience in India representing and advising clients in litigation involving regulatory and commercial issues. Her assignments included risk evaluation, written and oral advice, drafting pleadings, and acting as lead or briefing counsel before specialised tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court of India in the fields of taxation, exchange control law, money laundering and anti-bribery and corruption. Prathibha has also handled domestic arbitration proceedings, litigation involving arbitration proceedings (on interim relief and challenges to an award), and enforcement of foreign awards in the local Indian courts.

Prathibha has serviced multi-national clients such as the Volkswagen Group, Adani, Gemalto, Decathlon, Astro Telecommunication, Ducati, as well as several high net worth individuals. She has in the past been associated with law firms with a global presence such as the EY Global Law Network and Clyde & Co. As a part of the KTS Legal team, she is focusing on General Civil, Commercial litigation, Corporate/Commercial and Corporate Immigration work.

She is an avid horseback rider and a practitioner of Vipassana meditation. Prathibha is fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada. She also understands and speaks basic Italian.
